Thanks to the support received, Pannoniacoop Kft. has developed its business in several segments. In the first part, infrastructure investments were made at the company's location, which included the creation of a working environment, a network of roads, a place for truck washing, as well as the construction of the appropriate number of parking spaces for trucks. Solar panels were placed on the roof of the building, which enabled the reduction of energy costs, as well as the minimization of carbon dioxide emissions. The next important element of the project was the procurement of equipment in the service of goods transportation, such as vehicle servicing equipment (tyre changer, column cranes for trucks), as well as a high-pressure washing machine. Within the project, one of the important aspects related to employee training, employees participated in language training, and the emphasis was also placed on organizational development, so that the company developed with training programs and employee skill development. Thanks to the investment, Pannoniacoop Kft. has managed to reduce its operating costs, increase efficiency and improve the quality of its services.
